Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gyfra website and services, including free audits ("Services"). Gyfra ("Gyfra," "we," "us") is an early-stage project based in San Francisco, California, and is not yet incorporated. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

The Services

Gyfra reviews customer support conversations against legal rules and a company's own policies, and reports potential issues, estimated exposure, and suggested fixes. If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Not legal advice

Gyfra provides risk detection, not legal advice. Our findings, severity ratings, exposure estimates, and suggested fixes are informational. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to share any data you give us access to, and to let us process it for the Services, including providing any notices or obtaining any consents required by law.
  • You are responsible for the access you grant us and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You will give us accurate information and use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data, including conversations and policies. You grant us a limited right to access and process it to provide, secure, and support the Services for you, and to use it as described in Use of customer data below. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of customer data

You allow us to use your conversation data, after we remove personal and company-identifying details, to improve our detection rules and AI models and to measure accuracy. We never sell your data, share it with other customers, try to re-identify anonymized data, or use it to train third-party AI models. Enterprise customers can opt out of anonymized learning.

Details: How we use customer data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • reverse engineer the Services or use them to build a competing product;
  • submit data you are not permitted to share, or use the Services in violation of law.

Confidentiality

We will keep your non-public data and audit results confidential and use them only to provide the Services and as described in Use of customer data, except where disclosure is required by law.

Our property and feedback

Gyfra owns the Services, including our software, rules, and methods. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Services connect to third-party platforms such as Zendesk and Intercom. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated review can miss issues or flag conversations that are not violations, and exposure figures are estimates. We do not guarantee that the Services will detect every issue or that using them will prevent any claim.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gyfra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Gyfra against third-party claims arising from data you provide without the necessary rights, or from your violation of these Terms or the law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services. On request, we will delete your data, except anonymized data that no longer identifies any person or company, and data we must keep by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes and assignment

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. We may assign these Terms to a successor, including a company formed to operate Gyfra.
